hollyw ai ("we", "us") turns a photo you upload into a short AI video. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who helps us run the service.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture. If you sign in with an email link, we store your email only.
- Sign-in sessions: your IP address and browser user agent, stored with each session for security.
- Photos you upload and the images and videos we generate from them.
- Credits and payments: your credit balance, purchase and usage history. Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and never reach our servers.
How we use it
- To sign you in and keep your account secure.
- To generate your videos and show them to you in My videos.
- To process payments, add credits and refund credits for failed generations.
- To answer support requests.
We do not sell your data and we do not use your photos for advertising.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts the site and stores your account data, photos and videos.
- OpenRouter and the AI model providers it routes to (currently Google and Alibaba) receive your photo and our prompts to generate the image and video.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Google handles "Sign in with Google".
- Resend sends sign-in link emails.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe may set its own cookies on its checkout page.
Retention and deletion
We keep uploaded photos and generated videos for 24 months from when they are created, then delete them. To delete your account and everything linked to it sooner, email us at the address below.
Children
hollyw ai is not for anyone under 18, and you may not upload photos of minors.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
