Terms of Service

By using hollyw ai ("the service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 to use the service. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Credits

• Credits are bought in advance as one-time packs. There is no subscription.
• Credits do not expire.
• Purchases are non-refundable, except that if a generation fails, its credits are refunded to your balance automatically.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Acceptable use

You may only upload photos you have the right to use. You must not upload or create:

• images of minors;
• images of anyone without their consent, including sexual or intimate content;
• content that is illegal, or that harasses, defames or impersonates someone.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the videos you generate. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. We may refuse a generation, or remove content, that we believe breaks these terms.

The service

The service uses AI models, and results can be unexpected or inaccurate. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
